Overview
These terms and conditions govern all services provided by The Web Project. By commissioning work from us, you agree to the following terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Services
The Web Project provides bespoke web design, development and brand identity services. The scope of each project is agreed in writing prior to work commencing. Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project, prior to the final website being made live or transferred to the client.
Revisions
2 rounds of revisions are included in all packages. Each revision round covers one consolidated set of changes. Additional revision rounds are charged at £50 per round.
Ownership
Full ownership of the completed website code and design is transferred to the client upon receipt of final payment. The Web Project retains ownership of all development tools, frameworks and processes used in the creation of the website. Transfer of ownership includes all website files and assets created specifically for the client project.
Portfolio
The Web Project reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio and across our marketing channels unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the project commencing.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
